Re-use and recycle: Transition Stirling

From its town centre shop unit, Transition Stirling has run a variety of projects since it was formed as a community organisation in 2009. All are aimed at improving awareness of, and providing a positive local response to, climate change in and around Stirling.

Projects include:

• GoodBuild, a programme with Good Green Futures, is transforming how Stirling tackles construction waste.
• Stirling Library of Things has a host of things that local and visitors can borrow.
• Reboot Stirling provides a safe and secure laptop disposal service and prevents devices from going to landfill.
• Stirling Reuse Hub hands-on workshops, events, and upcycling inspiration.
