Stromness Community Development Trust

Stromness Community Development Trust (established in 2006) designed and developed a new playpark at the south end of the town centre for residents and visitors. The project cost £70,000. The trust put in £12,000 from their own funds and secured other funding from EU LEADER funding, the local authority, Scottish Water and local companies.
